Chakras (meaning "wheels" in Sanskrit) are points of energy running along our spine. Ancient Hindus determined that there were seven chakras (energy wheels), each a different color and spinning in a clockwise direction. The spacing of chakras match major nerve or endocrine centers in the body.

When one or more of the seven chakras becomes "blocked", we may feel out of balance, out of harmony or perhaps even physically and psychologically ill. One method of "cleansing" the chakras is to visualize a beautiful, cleansing bright white light pouring into them.

There are times however, when we need professionals to help with this cleansing -- especially if the blockage has been there for a long period of time. The longer the blockage has been there, the more physical ailments will occur, sometimes very slowly and unnoticed until we finally need medical attention.

Quartz crystals combined with positive affirmation can produce incredible healing results when working with chakras -- this is known as "Crystal Healing". Crystals transform, store, focus, amplify and transfer energy. They can create positive effects on the organs, tissues and cells as well as the endocrine, circulatory and metabolic systems of the body. When "thought energy" interacts with a crystal, thought energy is transformed into harmonic forms which can in turn, alter brainwave frequencies and consciousness.
